Morning Surprise

I wasn't the first one to the shop this morning, but these folks didn't stick around.

American West Heritage Center Field Trip

You'll have to ask Sam and I about this field trip.  You would be surprised to know that we were actually on the same trip together.  Our stories will be quite different.  Sam remembers "running in a wolf and sheep game, the corn cob game, apple roller, milkin' the cow, the cowboy, and doing the cookies thing."  I remember two VERY long and VERY noisy bus rides.  Lots of kids, lots of standing and walking with kids, lots of saying "Sam come here", lots of answering kids questions of "when are we going to eat and when are we going home?"  All in all it was great.  :) Sam and I will sleep tonight.

Hospital Mug Shot

So our hospital did not offer the "Classic Mug Shot Pic"  That I have purchased for my boys.  So today I thought I would take that pic.... 75 pictures later I realized it may not happen.  Rebecca was loving all the attention and we got great shots of one eye open, yawns, gasey smiles, hands out of the frame, blury ears and to much sun last of all we ended up with a big scratch on her little cheek....
I guess it all comes down to the fact that I forgot to put a bow in her hair.  Maybe tomorrow with the proper accessories I'll have a better shot at getting the perfect hospital baby pic!

Center Pieces

Shari was so proud of her crafty center pieces.  She was bummed that we didn't do it outside, but it still turned out perfect.  We are glad to get to know baby Shaycie Aleen Hansen.
