With the passing of grandma this week I wanted to share some photos of the funeral from today. We have been looking through old photos and may post some later one. Overall it was a good day, you couldn't have asked for better weather for November than what you got today. It was a nice grandma touch to have candies at the funeral.
When grandma passed away on Saturday I was thinking of stuff that reminded me of her. I always remember eating dried apples till I was sick. It wasn't a sunday afternoon till grandma fixed us a sandwich, typically roast beef, with fresh home canned peaches and pears. Other great memories was camping with grandma and grandpa in Yellowstone and the Unitas. Going fishing with Frank than having Vera teach us how to play hearts or 21.
Well its late and I have a big day tomorrow.
